While we endeavour to ensure consistency of our products, due to a possible variance in raw materials available, they may change the colour and consistency of the final product.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, some products may be substituted by alternative goods of equal or better value. If the substitute is unacceptable, you can request a refund.
Discounted goods may be end of a run, special edition or slightly flawed and will be sold as such on the site.
Orders placed will receive a conformation email, however not all orders can be processed if

Delivery is normally 2-5 working days to South African customers only.
When ordering, we endeavour to keep all your personal information secure. We have two payment options, PayFast and SnapScan, both of which are secure payment gateways.
Ownership of the goods is passed on to you once you have taken delivery of the goods.
Faulty or imperfect goods may be replaced if realistically possible within a reasonable timeframe of 10 days from receipt of goods. This is subject to the correct usage, storage and transportation of such goods.
Faulty products returned outside of this timeframe can be exchanged for a gift voucher.
Goods not meeting the return policy requirements, may be denied a refund.
In the event of suspected fraud or illegal activity, JINJA reserves the right to reject or refuse to process an order.
Any loss incurred due to unforeseen third party activity, will not be the responsibility of JINJA skin care.
